Burgers and Car Trunk Ceviche

Food filled day starting with a giant burger from Goody's diner. Got their weekly special (probably never going to be made again from what I was told) The Popper, hollowed out banana pepper that was blanched then stuffed with pulled pork and jalapenos placed on top of a 8oz burger.

Lunch, at 2pm, was followed by dinner with Justine at 5. We headed to Holy Chuck and got the special, which was a pork belly burger, along with the Holy Duck (foi gras on top of a burger), and the nutella shake. Foi and nutella really are best friends.

Oh and for an in between snack, fresh BC spot prawn ceviche I made in the trunk of my car.

Guess today was more of a rich indulgence of everything gastronomically great. Pork, beef, foi, nutella. Another day with good friends and good food.
